Speed Interval Training – Stationary Bike

Stationary bikes are not my favorite pieces of exercise equipment, but if you use the bike this way, you’ll see some fast results. All you need to do is go as fast as you can for 10 seconds straight. Then slow it down for 30 seconds. Then repeat this cycle. 10 seconds fast followed by 30 seconds slow.

Set a goal of doing this for 20 minutes a day, 5 days per week.

This will literally melt fat from your gut.

Do Jumping Jacks During Commercial Breaks

This is a great option for anybody that doesn’t have time to go to the gym or spend 30 minutes straight working out. If you’re watching TV anyway, just squeeze your workouts in when the commercial breaks come on. As soon as the commercial break starts, get up and start doing jumping jacks.

Set a goal of doing this during at least 7 commercial breaks a day.

Walk Up and Down The Stairs

If you have stairs at home or in your building, all you to do is use 15 minutes out of each day to walk up and down them. That’s all there is to it. It’s not fancy, but I guarantee it works great for weight loss. All you need to do is commit to doing it consistently. Do this 5 days per week.

And it has to be done without any breaks. Don’t break up the time.
